Review of Flexible Supercapacitors Using Carbon Nanotube-Based Electrodes

Carbon nanotube (CNT)-based electrodes in flexible supercapacitors have received significant attention recent years. fiber fabrics (CNT-FF) emerged as promising materials due to their high surface area, excellent conductivity, and mechanical strength. Researchers attempted improve the energy density rate performance of CNT-FF supercapacitor through various strategies, such functionalization with conductive like MnO2 nanoparticles and/or incorporation graphene into them. In addition, utilization CNTs combination thin metal film has also gained widespread attention. Research focused on enhancing electrochemical functionalizing nanoparticles, or by controlling morphology. This review paper will discuss developments technology utilizing carbon nanotube-based electrodes, including CNT electrodes. Various strategies employed for improving storage strengths weaknesses these be discussed. Finally, conclude a discussion challenges that need addressed order realize full potential technology.
